High performing employees tend to have a few characteristics and habits that set them apart from average performers. Some of the things they do differently include:

  7. Being results oriented: High performers are focused on achieving results, and they are driven to achieve their goals. They are not afraid to put in the extra effort and work hard to achieve their goals.

  8. Being team-oriented: High performers understand the value of collaboration and teamwork. They are able to build strong relationships, and they are good communicators.

  9. Being able to multitask: High performers are able to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time, and still meet or exceed expectations.

  10. Being enthusiastic: High performers have a positive attitude and are excited about their work. They are passionate about their goals and enjoy the process of achieving them.


High performing employees are individuals who consistently exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results in their work. They possess a unique set of characteristics and habits that set them apart from average performers. High performers are goal-oriented, proactive, accountable, adaptable, resilient, lifelong learners, results-driven, team-oriented, able to multitask, and enthusiastic about their work. They take initiative, communicate effectively, and are committed to continuous improvement. Their positive attitude and strong work ethic make them valuable assets to any team or organization.
